Keine Ahnung, ob jemand in das Postfach schaut. Seit mehr als einer Woche werden meine dringenden Anfragen ignoriert.
Durch das Versagen von RingGo habe ich inzwischen ein Parkticket bekommen, herzlichen Dank! Bei RingGo laufen angeblich 2 Tickets (712**** und 717****) auf meinen Namen. Ein dämlicher AI-Bot hat mal geantwortet, danach wieder Stille.
Scheint deren Prinzip zu sein, da ich keine Firma kenne, die sich besser von Kunden abschottet. Was für ein Drecksladen!

Parked car at Poppleton Station and began to start process of paying. Had to get on the train.
I continued trying to pay for well over an hour.
Also tried on the return journey , all to no avail. I was contacting justpark.com
When we arrived back at the station I saw the ringgo notice and tried again to pay for 5 hours.
I could only pay from then onwards for 5 hours which cost £1.
last evening and this morning I have continued to try to pay. I find the websites very complicated and have failed to achieve what I wanted.
I AM NOT TRYING TO AVOID PAYMENT and I am extremely frustrated that this has happened and I have spent hours trying to rectify it.

- - Attended Cadnam Cricket Car Park to clear rubbish, received a parking charge, contact attempts failed, matter to be pursued.
This morning I attended 65531 Car Park, Cadnam Cricket Car Park, New Forest to clear rubbish after an overnight traveller encampment, as part of a Parish Council litter scheme. Since then, I have received a message about a parking charge for this, from the number 0784* *******.
I have tried to contact this number without success. Also, the message asked me to contact a website, which again I tried, but the address given was not recognised.
Whilst acknowledging that I did attend the car park, it was for a legitimate reason. Please be advised that I wish to take this matter further and am not ignoring your apparent request for payment or information.

To make payment for parking ticket for yesterday
I was not aware that retrospective payment is not possible. I tried to make payment at the end but couldn't. Communication is very poor with the company.

- - Payment only went through at 16:50, not matching the parked time.
at about 14.55pm i parked my car GF64AYG i tried paying for parking on the pay by phone app but it was showing a wrong location London borough of barnet instead of bromley
The payment didnt go through till i got back to my vehicle about 16:50pm i struggled with it and was able to pay through the phone number but the timing does not tally with the time i parked the car.
